    I had a very disappointing experience with this company. The workmanship did not meet acceptable standards, and I found their practices concerning.
    When I provided the owner with photographic evidence of the issues, he offeredto caulk the problem areas and replace a few tiles. However, when I indicated this would not adequately address all the deficiencies, he threatened legal action rather than working toward a reasonable resolution.
    I have obtained an estimate from another contractor to properly address the issues left by Smiley Tile. The estimated cost for these necessary repairs is $761.67.
    Based on the experience, I cannot recommend Smiley Tile Carpet One and would not use their services again.

    I am very disappointed that Mr. ****** is dissatisfied with the service that he received, however we agreed to address the issues he had concerns with and expressed we needed our payment. I don't believe he liked my solutions which i believed would have been acceptable. The next thing I knew he paid the bill and put a bad review on our website. Our installers said he was so happy he went with us because another company had given him an estimate that was considerably more. The $761.67 to resolve any issues that he has is very hard to comprehend or believe. We at Smiley Tile Carpet One strive to make our customers happy and are disappointed to have a dissatisfied customer, however I don't know what else could have been done. Thanks for letting us know.
