Im financing a car through pro auto expo, I picked the car up December 13th 2024, I put down 2000 dollars and so far Ive paid 6 months. Thing is 7 hours after I picked the car up on December 13th 2024 I lost all my oil pressure I took it to a mechanic I let the dealer know everything that was going on and they were very blatantly saying theres nothing they could do I have to wait for my warranty to take effect which was 30 days. Waited the 30 days finally made a claim and there warranty they provided kept asking for more break down of the motor to find the part that broke. Well they found the oil pump had a crack in the oil pump gear so the problem was found the warranty asked for more. This is over 4 months that it took for them to finally figure it out they only paid about 56 percent of the total bill which was *****. So I had to pay ******** out of my pocket after Im already paying the dealer ***** they arent willing to help me they told me that was all on me and they arent able to do anything about it. They told me over and over the car was running great no issues at all. Im having transmission issues as well and they say they knew nothing about that or the motor issues. Im struggling bad all because something they didnt want to tell me. I was told it was in great running order and I drove it. It felt fine until it got warm but Ive already signed the contract theres nothing I can do now and Im really hoping for some help. They are a very scammy dealer. It goes into a lot more detail. I purchased a van on 01/04/1025. A week later it broke down. I tried to go back to the dealer and they stated they were going to fix it However it was never fixed. They have the VAN on their possession and wont return my money or the VAN. I went back to the dealer on 01/20/1015 to try to pick up the car but they stated the car was not fixed yet. I have been out of work for a few days now. I paid to get the VAN towed because it broke down in the middle of the road. The only thing I need is my $3000.00 back and to void the contract since they did not deliver what they promised. Thank you in advance for your help. Hello, first thing is the vehicle was SOLD AS IS and there was no in house warranty. This client was being very unprofessional and unrealistic. He purchased a 2016 Ram promaster with 170K miles on it. it is not a brand new vehicle. The vehicle had a issue with the alternator. Which we replaced for the customer. As a used car dealership there are some things that are not in our control but as a business we try to assist all customers if they have any issue. We replaced the alternator, that is what the client requested. The client was being unrealistic about time frame. The vehicle was dropped off Friday night after business hours, and was ready for pick up Monday by end of business. The client wanted the work done by Saturday but the shops are closed on weekends. The mechanic came in to try to work on his car only because of the customers request. It took 1 business day to repair the vehicle. The repair was done properly and in a timely fashion. We will not be canceling or returning the down payment

I was looking at a ****** 370z was told I was approved and the car was ready to go so I drove 4 hrs got there and was told the car wasnt ready but too put a down payment and they would deliver the car the next day and then the next day they claimed the transmission was bad! So keept running me around the **** its been a month they wont answer me about where my money is! They took 2k and ran! I was in communication with a sales representative named ****, who provided me with a financing offer of $550 per month with a $2000 down payment on June 6, 2024. Subsequently, I was instructed to secure the vehicle by sending a $500 deposit via CashApp to $ProAutoExpoInc on June 7, 2024.Despite multiple attempts to finalize the purchase, I encountered numerous issues upon visiting Pro Auto Expo on June 18, 2024. It became apparent that there were discrepancies in the information provided on my credit application, specifically regarding my income and employment history. Furthermore, I was informed of an unforeseen $800 processing fee for the refund of my initial deposits, which were never disclosed to me at any point during the transaction.Attempts to resolve this matter with Pro Auto Expo's staff, including ****, ****, and ****, have been met with resistance and unprofessional conduct. When I first purchased the vehicle it start giving me problems in the next 2 weeks.So I towed the vehicle back to them they keep it for 3 months without communicating me about the vehicle. They listed a vehicle on their website for sale. I visited to inquire about it and it wasnt even ready for purchase. I repeatedly inquired about it at the request of the salesperson (*******) and she continuously said it wasnt ready. I asked her repeatedly but not excessively about updates per her request and I eventually found it removed from their site despite my serious desire to purchase. She continued to not respond and still ran my credit despite selling the vehicle out from under me.Customer Answer

I purchased a vehicle from them, I was told multiple times since there was a check engine light if it was anything high priced they would fully cover it within a 6 month warranty they offer. I also believe they fluffed the numbers which is obviously illegal... by saying they gave me 3k for my car but the total financed after tax was 11k-12k when on line it was 9k. I expected about 3k in taxes but not 6k because that's apparently what it was if they gave me 3k for my car. either way I payed what I thought I would. But when I got it home I took it to a garage the next day, to look at it per the dealerships instructions. because they said it would pass inspection no problem. the guy from the garage told me it would be roughly 5k to fix, missing catalytic convers, wheel bearings are all but gone, springs were cut and due to that strut towers need to be replaced. I call in and they act like they never offer any warranties at all. so I looked at my paperwork and realized they did a switcheroo on me. originally he showed me warranty on paperwork when his wife printed it out but then he said you're missing a page, reprinted it and gave me a whole new packet to sign. I signed it assuming it was the same paperwork. which I know I should've looked... but they outright scammed me. now im sitting here with a 5k bill and less than a month to inspect this car my only car for my 3 hour a day drive to and from work. I was told by one of the salesmen I originally spoke to that they would fully cover this. he's been beating around the **** for 2 weeks now saying the ** is going to call me. and this morning when I told him we needed to start ASAP, my number gets blocked and im getting nowhere with them. I just want them to fix the problems on this car. They clearly sold me a lemon, possibly laundering money as well... I don't know that for sure...Initial Complaint

On November 13 of 2023 I sent Pro auto expo 500 dollars because they told me I was a refundable down payment on a car so they wouldnt sell it to someone else. Two weeks after that they sold the car and about 2 weeks after that I contacted them for the refund of my 500 dollars and they said they were working on it about 2 weeks after that I called again and they told me they would not refund me and claimed they never said they would refund my money so now Im out 500 dollars and they didnt even hold the car for me. Also they have a 2 star rating and reviews also say they sell cars that shouldnt be sold.Customer Answer
