On October ******, I went to the ******** Dealership in ******** to purchase a car. I informed them that my car was stolen on September 17, 2024 and I wanted an inexpensive car under $10,000. The dealer showed me a 2013 ******** for $15,000, and told the dealer that a little too much. He told me that this is good deal, and anything less than this price would not be best. I agreed with the offer and the paperwork was completed. As of this writing, I have not received anything from ********. Today, October 4, 2024, I contacted ***************, which is financing the loan, and they tell me the total price of the car is $46,000. I told the *************** repersentive that the ******** told me the price of the car is $15,000. I called the *** Auto today and I was told that the person I need to talk to is sick at home. I want Western Funding to investigate this matter because I believe I have been deceived by the act of *****.

Bought a truck from DMV auto on January 20 2023 and traded in my Lexus with a payoff balance and gave the owner Mr ******** kuvvatov a check from my bank for the total amount of the loan which was $35000 as well as $4000 down to cover the negative equity. He was supposed to cash the check and send the money to payoff the loan on the Lexus but he failed to do so, now they are calling me for the money. The bank said he sold the car so now the buyer won't have a title theyve been scammed. I have contacted lawyers to help with this case but still would like answers or a payment . When I called the dealer they said he sold the business and fled the country. I have tried emailing his business and personal email and calling with no answer. I need the ****** refunded or sent to the bank ASAP. The cost is only going to go up with damages and lawyers fees

Hello BBB, I like to say I'll never buy another car or refer DMV AUTO to anyone. I Found a car that I've been looking for with great mileage 58k miles for a 6 year old car. 2016 infiniti q50 red sport which the carfax all checked out.. Purchased this car with an agreement prior that breaks and rotors needed to be replaced also needed the wheels aligned. These issues were discovered on my mutiple test drives. **** who was my sales person at the time agreed that it would be fixed. They have a **** dollar conditioning fee, when asked what that meant, its said to have the car inspected, cleaned and Any additional work that was needed for the car to get it seller ready. Car Purchased I reached out to **** which was a Monday to ask when was able to get breaks and rotors done. He said come on down here which I did, around this time it was peak of Gas Prices Premium at $5+. I then arrive he tells a coworker to bring my car to a random shop. For about 3 hours I waited there not knowing what shop they took the vehicle. Driver returns, to tell me mechanic was unable to do the work today. The next week I called b4 I came down mechanic couldn't do because was too busy. I ended up getting the work done my self out of my pocket cost. Few weeks later in October the fuel injectors blow out. Replaced by infiniti dealership through my extended warranty. Next my sonar blindside sensor, next The Blend door actuator. Next was the camshaft position sensor. Then the mechanic drops the oil pan the discover sludge and metallic shavings. After diagnosis says car will need anther engine. then I find out after all work was done ****** has sludge warranty will not cover, so now I'm stuck with a car note, car who's engine can seize anyday now and a dealership that can care less, ****** exact Words you didn't get an extended warranty through us and you brought car As Is, after a **** conditioning fee I'm to believe all has been taken care of, i haven't even drove 10k miles. **** had car 5 months

I had a vehicle warranty when I purchased a vehicle in July 2022. The vehicle was totaled in an accident in September 2022. The warranty company, DKP Administration, sent a refund payment of $3041.93 to DMV auto finance in November 2022. DMV auto is supposed to send that payment to ******* ******************** to pay off remaining loan balance. I have been trying since November to get DMV auto to send payment to *******, and they still have not till this day. I would like your help in getting this payment sent to *******. My next step would be to file a small claims case, which I'm hoping to avoid.

Purchased a 2015 **** 500 on 6/07/2022 Purchase included Proguard Extended Warranty and Gap insurance.Vehicle was involved in a total loss accident on 9/11/2022 After multiple calls to the dealer I keep getting the run around on who is supposed to submit the cancelation forms via the portal. I contacted ***** at Pro Guard on multiple occasions and she informed that the dealer must process the cancelation. ******************* claims that its not their responsibility and to call Pro guard. Once I explain to him what the contract clearly states. He back tracts, but never submits the form through the portal. You would think doing his job as a profession he would know the contract thoroughly. Even if they are just stalling you could come up with better excuses.
