5 starsExcellent experience through the whole process from intial walk-through with ****, to the pack and load with **** and his crew. Everyone was professional and more than exceeded our expectations. Moving can be a stressful time but the team we were assigned helped lessen the burden, physically and emotionally. Everything was packed with efficiency and care and the house was left clean and undamaged. I have no doubt our belongings are in good hands.Hilldrup an agent of United Van Lines

5 starsMy company hired Hilldrup to pack items in my home for storage. The crew was on time and very professional. They were quick but careful and clearly had experience getting stuff packed and out while protecting the floors and walls. 5 starsGreat crew. ****** was on time, professional and proficient! They left my home clean, and treated my items and home with care. This was the best packout Ive had ever! If there is a an area for improvement it would be with the pre-packout survey. The app took some time to work out connection issues as it kept dropping or failing to connect. 5 stars***** and his team are fantastic! We had hilldrup perform an office move for my company, they took excellent care of our things while relocating to our new office. They did a walk through with me at the end to be sure that everything that was moved was in order. We will be sure to recommend them to everyone we know. 1 starI would give 0 stars if it allowed me to. During my relocation, my company opted to use Hildrup Moving Company. I was asked my square footage, how many bedrooms and around how much stuff we would be packing. I was also asked to take a FaceTime video with someone on the Hildrup team and go room by room before receiving the cost for my project. Two months AFTER my move I received a bill from ******* requesting $800 MORE than what was already paid. I called them and was told that my move exceeded the initial quote. How does a company mis-quote this poorly? Very unethical company who intentionally underquotes the work up front, only to charge more after the work has been complete. Highly dissatisfied with this company and will continue to use every platform I can to ensure other buyers are aware of how they choose to conduct business. This does not feel like its a 1-off situation, this feels like their business model.Hilldrup an agent of United Van Lines
