I hired SavATree in 2020 for a mosquito/tick treatment. We decided to treat our lawn after that, so I never asked them to come back. This past May 2021, and then again in August 2021, SavATree showed up to do mosquito/tick treatments I did not authorize. I have no contract with them, nor did I request either of these services. In both cases, SavATree sent me an email stating they were coming. I didn't bother responding to the May email because I couldn't imagine a company would just show up without authorization and do work. Lo' and behold, I found SavATree on my lawn, and although aggravated, I had them do the service and I paid for it. I spoke to the office while the lawn was being serviced and told them I am not interested in future services. In August I received another email, stating SavATree would be there the next day to apply treatments. This time I replied, stating I was not interested in their services. SavATree came anyway and did the service. I called and told them I am not paying for the treatment and the way they do business isn't right. You can't just show up, bill someone for a service you do, and then justify it by saying you sent an email notification.
