I am trying my hardest not to let my frustration show in this email, however it is showing to be quite difficult. I will try to just keep to the facts. I have had very poor communication with you since we started collaborating together with the goal of repairing my 2014 ********** *********. I trusted in you and was charged over $2000 for the diagnostic troubleshooting and reinstallation of my transmission. Since 08/02/22, I have asked you to reassemble my vehicle with the damaged transmission. I understand that inventory of a working transmission for that car is difficult to find, but the repair quote of over 12,000 is unrealistic. It is also unfeasible to await your response to any of my texts or emails. Every opportunity I have tried to call you is a dead end since your phone just goes to an automated message and then disconnects the call. When you did text me, you messaged about a ********** ******, which is obviously not the same vehicle. I finally went to the shop today only to find that nothing has been done to my vehicle. It is still on the lift without being reassembled. What is discouraging as well is, the mechanic at that shop, will be going on vacation for 2 weeks starting this Friday.None of this information was passed on to me. My transmission is still missing, my car is still undrivable and in pieces, as well as no contact or updates from you. You NEED to contact me soon so we may fix this issue. I have sent a copy of this email to the better business bureau in the hope that an outside party may mediate a positive response.
