    I called Friday afternoon to request an emergency service to treat a yellow jacket nest that was sealed inside a wall of my house. They said the earliest available would be Monday morning. I told them I would be traveling for work starting on Monday but I would delay my departure to wait for their service. I waited all weekend killing stray yellow jackets inside my house, with a spouse and a baby who are at risk of anaphylaxis if stung, and I never got any confirmation for this appointment nor have I heard a peep out of them this morning. I tried calling after 08:00 and started speaking to what I thought was a human being but I realized it was an AI robot after a couple of minutes of it getting absolutely everything wrong. Folks this kind of garbage is not going to improve your business, it's just going to insult and alienate your clients.I finally got a call back from someone who confirmed they are human, but they have no record of me having any appointment. So after WAITING ALL WEEKEND I'm sure there is no way this is going to get taken care of before I have to leave for a week, and I will probably return to a house full of escaped yellow jackets.Bottom line, do NOT rely on this company unless you want your bug problems to go completely unsolved.

    Spoke to customer yesterday, 7/28 after apologizing profusely and we got the technician out shortly before or right around 11am. Customer agreed to service and technician performed the service and scheduled a 1 week follow up visit. Customer had posted the same review on ****** and yelp but took it down after service was done
