    I used Kemet Health services for several years. In 2023 ***** I met with **** ****, a nurse practitioner with Kemet Health. I received an email on Mar 27, 2024 from Kemet stating they were having issues with their ******, Change Healthcare. During this time Kemet did not provide any information regarding how much they charged for appointments, they simply blamed Change Healthcare for not providing them billing information. My bills from Kemet hadnt exceeded $175 per session previously (and it was rare for it to be that high.) I also attempted to get billing information from Kemet but was not provided any information about how much sessions might cost. Imagine my surprise when Kemet billed me on May 16, 2024 for over $1506 - for five visits. They billed me twice for each session under different billing codes in the amounts of $181, $288, $288, and $147, and $288. Their refusal to provide billing information that would allow their patients to make an informed decision as well as refusal to provide billing statements violates the No Surprises Act. I have attempted multiple times to speak to someone regarding this issues and keep getting told someone will call me back but no one ever does - I just keep getting bills. Kemets failure to provide billing information, charge me for two different billing codes for single appointments, and failure to work with a reputable ****** is not my financial responsibility. They need to take up their losses with Change Healthcare. I would like for this business to cease harassing me.

    I would like to remove this complaint, as the business has worked with me to come up with a solution that I think is a win/win for both parties. Can this complaint be closed and removed, please?
