    My company has the same experience as ************ - ************ assured to give us access to the $650K *** - We must have a separate loan with *************************** that cost us $16K - After receiving the "Zero Balance Letter" there is no access to the *** I personally have drove over to ******** to visit this company at their physical address. There are no such company/companies and suite/room numbers in the building. I was told there are a lot phone calls to verify the address of this company.I agree with ************ that this is SCAM!"Review from ************ 1 star 07/31/2023 ************ is a total joke and scam. They took me for just under $16,000 by telling me I had to agree to a separate loan, pay it off then would have access to a $650,000 line of credit. After I laid the loan off it was almost impossible to get anyone to answer the phone and got a different story to where the *** was. In the end they just started playing games and music on the phone and laughing. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!"

    Master Scammers! Promise you a line of credit after taking a trade line of credit loan out and paying it back right away. Once the trade line of credit is paid, you will have this access to $650,000 BS! They take your money and run! Do not fall for this sad scam.

    I agree with ***** below. The deal is too good to be true so I listen to their pitch to see actual numbers. They started saying I'm automatically qualified for the $650,000 LOC. And then they claimed that my company DUNS report is poor and that I have to pay $79,000 where they will apparently net me $70,000 (whatever that means) to bring my report to good standing before I can qualify for the $650,000 LOC. If you have to pay something for a LOC, that is not a LOC. Automatic Scam signs right there. And they are aggressive when you turn down their offer and keep calling me back asking why I turn down their offer. Another bad sign of desperation. Be careful dealing with this company!
