  I had T&H renovate our master bathroom two years ago. It was awful. What was supposed to take weeks took several months, with the workers sometimes at my house to 2 a.m. in the morning! Other times they would show up in the morning and sit outside looking at their phones for hours while there was work to do. They installed mismatched tiles in the shower and scratched up and chipped the granite countertop on the vanity. The tile on the drain cracked in two places and I had to replace it myself. They left some of the molding unpainted and then got white paint on the walls, so I had to repaint much of the bathroom including adding some molding they did not replace and then painting much of it so it would look more professional. I've had just about every room in the house renovated and this was, by far, the most horrible experience and workmanship I've experienced as a house owner.
  I thought I was through with them and would never have to see them again, but now the shower is leaking into the dining room ceiling below. They said it's been more than a year so it's not covered. I'm going to find a real contractor who can do the job correctly. Safe yourself the trouble and start somewhere else.

  T&H Home Improvements renovated Mr. ****** bathroom over two years ago, completing the work to the agreed scope. At that time, he paid in full with no outstanding disputes. Our one-year workmanship warranty has expired; however, as stated in multiple emails and phone calls, we offered to inspect and repair any issue found to be our responsibility—and these offers were made before we received or saw any of Mr. ****** reviews. We have called and emailed repeatedly to coordinate a visit, but Mr. **** has not answered our calls and replies only by email with additional complaints, without addressing our offers to resolve the matter. The evening he first emailed us about the leak, we replied promptly. He later called saying no email was received; when we called back, he had already posted negative and inaccurate reviews. The concerns about mismatched tile, granite, or paint were never raised during or shortly after the project and were first mentioned over two years later. We remain willing to address any workmanship issue if given the opportunity. Sincerely T&H Home Improvements

  Did an excellent job on my tub replacement and tile work. This company is very knowledgeable and trustworthy! Most definitely recommend.
