I imitated a return on 5/3/25, I received return instructions and a msg that I would be refunded once the item was received. The company confirmed via email they received the item on 5/8/25 yet have not refunded me. Not only that, but every time I email to follow up with them the respond with the same set of questions as if I am initially requesting the return. This has gone on for a month. What the business committed to provide:Ashimary Hair advertised a "Light Yaki Straight Invisi Strap Snug Fit 360 Transparent Lace Frontal Wig" featuring:Transparent lace Glueless application Comfortable fit with adjustable cap size (18"-23.5")Adequate parting space (middle, side, or free part)4. Nature of the dispute:The wig received does not match the advertised description. Specifically:It does not fit properly, particularly around the ear tabs, making it ************* lacks adequate parting space as advertised, significantly differing from product images and descriptions online.Upon immediate notification to Ashimary Hair on June 2, 2025, at 2:04 PM (less than one hour after delivery), I provided clear photographic evidence that the wig was unused and in original condition. The company initially offered only a $15 gift card and subsequently falsely accused me of altering the wig, despite repeated assurances and evidence to the contrary.5. I ordered a wig to wear on my upcoming trip. I changed my hairstyle due to weather we may be experiencing and decided on a different style, so I tried to cancel my order. It says I have to email to cancel if it hasn't been processed yet. I sent an email to ask for it to be canceled. They asked why,I told them. They offered to give me something else. I told them I didn't want a wig at all and that I would like a confirmation of cancelation. No response for hours. I just got a response and they tell me they can't cancel,its easier for THEM to give me a different item. It takes 3-4 to process and another 6-10 to ship. My order still says "unfulfilled" so its still within the time frame to cancel and they are giving me a hard time and refusing and im getting so frustrated. Below are screenshot of my initial email with response and the other is a conversation via chat on their page and a copy of my order status and their policy if paid in full. I purchased a wig from this company and when it arrived I tried the wig on it it was too small. There is. 14 return policy so I emailed the company on 4/25/25 the hair was ordered/purchased on the 4/21/25. I have corresponded with the company back and forth repeatedly telling them I would like to return the wig. They asked me to exchange the wig for an option I didnt not want I told them multiple times I just want my money back. I purchase a wig from ************* They were very professional with letting me know my wig was on the way. Once I got the wig and installed it(same day). I notices hair was shedding bad. I did not alter the wig at all besides curl on low heat. I am a licensed cosmetologist and I know how to take care of hair. 4 days later I washed the wig, and saw tons of hair in the sink. I know wigs shed so I didn't think much of it until I got ready to install I noticed it was missing a huge patch in the winery noticeable. I reached out to them immediately and they said they would give me $20 for my $160 purchase that is no good. I think half my money back would suffice. I will even mail the wig back to them so they don't feel like I am getting a free wig. I am so upset and I really was excited to try out their company.Initial Complaint

3/15/2025 date of purchase.Filed a refund and return address and label 03/16/2025.Explained to the company that the product is too small ( a wig). And I would like the return address information to return the product. The returned my email stating to braid my hair which I has already did and the wig was small and did not fit my head correctly. They offered me a $20.00( credit I assumed and to keep it because it would take to long to issue the refund 30 days. I said "no" keep your $20.00 and send me the return information because I do not want to keep something that I cant use and you have my $189.00. Today is 03/23/2025 and have not received a response. I purchased 4 units from this fraud of a business. The wigs look terrible and the hair is not human as advertised. I paid in full and been waiting for my merchandise to ship. The first time I emailed them, they said they will ship after the holiday and they will expedite my shipment. I accidentally deleted that email when I was cleaning out my gmail because it was full. The second time I emailed them wanting a refund because based on their refund policy I have 10 days from PURCHASE DATE to be able to get a refund if theres something wrong with the merchandise. So essentially by the time they ship I would already be outside of the window to return the merchandise if there was something wrong. But in the email, they told me the holiday was over and they will ship that day 2/5/25. They did not ship at all. I have sent a follow up email again wanting a refund. So far I have heard nothing back. I just want my money back. I should not feel like I am jumping through hoops just to get something I paid for. I have since started a dispute on the charge because I dont feel like I need to be in limbo with anyone about something so trivial.
