    My family traveled for Thanksgiving and needed someone to look after our pet dog. We dropped him off happy, healthy and even received a picture of him a few hours later showing him playing in the grass. When we picked him up he was covered in old and new bite marks, scratches, and infected wounds. Our typically happy dog was terrified and feverish, and was rushed to the vet for treatment. The vet confirmed he had been attacked several times and had no treatment prior. The boarding facility did not and will not admit responsibility and even called the day before we picked him up, saying he might have allergies. The negligence, unprofessionalism and cruelty provided by this business should be made clear to anyone that needs a place to board their pet. As a customer service representative for over a decade, I have never seen such indifference from a business that boasts your “trusted choice.”
