    Terrible company does not stand behind there work or warranty. Came to my house that they built when my new pipes froze and told me I was on my own. Broke his own contract multiple times. He is a GC and a master plumber. He should lose his licenses.

    The customer requested to terminate the contract and finish the job on his own and asked that we leave job on Dec. 9 2022 after the rough in inspections and before pipe insulation.  Unfortunately they did not know to then insulate the plumbing to guard against subfreezing temperatures.

    We were contacted by the client on Jan. 17, 2024, more than year after being asked to leave job, with a complaint of frozen pipes in below normal  temps. We then went back out as a courtesy and offered advice free of charge and explained what the client needed to have done to insulate.
    We hope the recommendations were helpful.
