    The dental office is billing me for an appointment which they say I confirmed then missed. The truth is that I did confirm this appointment to see the dental office when they said that there would be a $25.00 fee if I cancelled. The office immediately called me back and said they were cancelling my appointment because I was sick and they didn't want to risk the health of their employees, but they were still going to charge me $25.00 (even though they cancelled the appointment and I was not contagious with a UTI). They were extremely rude. I returned the bill and told them I didn't feel I owed this bill as I was willing to come to the appointment and they cancelled on me. Also, they sent a letter telling me to find another dentist. Now they have turned my bill over to a collection agency and it is now $40.24. I am very upset. I am a 79 year old woman with an excellent credit rating which I don't want to jeopardize because of this outstanding bill which I refuse to pay because I feel it is totally unjustified. Please advise. I do not wish any ill will toward the doctor nor his staff, but I just want this bill to go away as it is unjust. Thank you.

    Jessica is a rude and unprofessional who feels entitled to tell you why you missed appointments and that you really didn't have covid. You ask for estimates so you can be prepared to pay since they want payments up front and they rotate staff so much no one knows and can't give you correct info. I did enjoy going here at first. But glad they did drop me as a patient. Throughly enjoy going ******* *****. I'm not emailing you! You didn't mind getting smart with me when I tried speaking with you and asking to speak with Dr. Gallagher but was interrogated as to why I wanted to speak with him. You told me he wouldn't speak to me and wasn't going to speak with anyone wanting to come back as a patient. I said I wanted the Nesbit I paid for adjusted and was told I blew you off by missing my appointments and could have been had it fixed. Instead of fixing teeth fix
