              Today, 9-10-21 my other half, ***** came home from this establishment after having her car washed. She had initially left the home to go to the establishment When she returned home she noticed a very deep scratch, in fact on the lower metal part of the rear bumper below though rubber part of the bumper that sticks out the one scratch was over an inch and the other about 5 '' She went back to H@ Glow The establishment had a video of the car and the car immediately behind that both jumped the track. ***** said her vehicle shook violently and it appeared the other vehicle might have hit her. I went to meet with owner explained his track mechanism was faulty as two vehicles had jumped the track asked to see the video he strongly refused despite several requests said whatever happened was not his operation's fault. Said I would have to have the car checked by a dealer for unseen damage He said whatever, but it not his business fault. The car is a 2020 Caddy, Premium AWD.
