      I hired Michael ********* to remove old gutters and add new gutters, repair 4 shingles among other things. The job was suppose to start August 31, 2020; but, because of rain the job started about a week later. The comp!etion date was September 7, 2020. A gutter company was hired by me in January of 2021 to clean my gutters and the owner advised me that a couple of my shingles were loose after completing the job. Michael was contacted, after numerous attempts by me, around April of 2021. He came to my property a couple days later and performed an inspection. It started raining while Michael was there so he said he would be back later in the week. I was going back in the house when I noticed rain traveling through the creases of the gutters instead of the flow it should run. Therefore, I contacted Michael after he left my house to inform him about the gutter malfunction. After not returning, I called Michael several times and finally reached him several months later. He kept promising me that he would come back but me never did. I just want the necessary repairs made. I don't know how to upload my contract, but let me know and I can mail you a copy.

      This is in response to the complaint case number 16074821 -- that was filed regarding my company Professional Home Services. The issue was that nothing was wrong with the gutters or the installation. The customer was advised to install gutter guards to stop the leaves from the surrounding trees clogging up the gutters, she said she wanted to wait. There was a miscommunication initially in the timing of the follow-up work, and what the customer wanted done. This issue has been fully resolved as of 1-27-2022. The gutters were cleaned and I even installed a down-spout filter at no charge to the customer. Please reach out to them with any questions, I have, and they said they will retract the complaint. I stand behind all the products and services, this is what has built my reputation and grown my business in the home improvement industry over the last 25+ years. I value the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and what you stand for in the consumer rights sector to hold businesses accountable for their products and services. I would like to retain my good standing with your organization and I believe I have done my part to make sure everything regarding this matter is rectified. Thank you for your time and attention with this matter.

      Received the BBB complaint 11-25-2021

      cleaned out gutters again and installed downspout strainers for free 11-26-2022 (also gave another quote for the gutter guards)
