The website states BH Marketing Connections researches the vacation ownership market to keep up to date on trends that may affect the value of their customer’s Vacation Property. To have a better understanding and provide the most up to date and accurate report, BBB has sent a letter to the company requesting the following information: 1) copies of the firm's promotional and advertising materials 2) copies of the firm’s contract 3) clarification if the firm only promotes properties 4) clarification if the firm offers to buy/sell properties for customers 5) information regarding the firm’s International Marketing and Advertising program and if this program is offered to customers 6) the names, addresses, and telephone numbers of 10 people who have used the firm and its services
A certified letter was sent to this business on November 14, 2016. It was returned to our office stating, "no such number". In an attempt to receive a response to our letter the BBB emailed the business on November 28 and received a bounce back. If BBB receives a response we will update our records to indicate such.
