            One of the worst cases of unprofessionalism I have ever encountered. Was in the middle of a massage session and requested the therapist adjust the pressure as it was uncomfortable, Instead of doing so, she stalked out the room, told me this was the way she performed therapy and told me she was going to ask the front desk to rebook me with another therapist, leaving me on the massage table totally unsure of what was happening. Not only did I not get the therapy and mental and physical relief I signed on for as a long term member of this practice, instead I wasted my time and was insulted. This individual should not be interacting with clients. I cancelled my membership and requested reimbursement for the booking.
