    Mr. *********************** hasn't fulfilled his service obligations. He originally made an appointment that he didn't keep. The appointment was made on July 23, 2024 for 6pm and didn't show up nor did I receive a phone call. I called and sent text messages for 2 days and no response. Had a friend call on 7/25/24 and he answered the phone. ****************** asked why he did not answer the calls or text messages prior and he said his driver got into an accident. Ok, so I understand not receiving the report due to an accident. Again, I called and text with no response. I finally got in touch with **************** 8 days later and was told that he was out of the country at that time. He advised that I would receive the report within 2 days. I have not received the report and tried contacting him with no response. I am still waiting for the report.**************** took my money of $299.00 and haven't provided the needed report. This is why I am making this complaint.

    He placed an order and then reversed his payment after the service was completed. He reordered and I told him we had to wait because his previous payment was reversed. He reversed his payment again. I lost money in the situation. He is not due any more money.
