      On May 20,2023 I placed an order for what was listed as in stock records $18.25 for one record and $23.25 for the second record with a $2.95 collectors packaging addon. The total for the purchase was $44.99. After placing the order i noticed that the status of the records now stated that it was pending arrival so they did not have them in stock. I waited over a month before attempting to contact them through phone and email. There was never any response i sent multiple email and also used the websites ask a question function but never received any response. The order number is *******. My account/customer number is ********. I eventually tried to cancel the order to see if my payment would be refunded but instead it was given as store credit which i have no use for. I again attempted to contact them about this issue and never received any responses.

      I have made a purchase in which I paid over $100 for merchandise that I have yet to receive. I have reached out electronically to contact them multiple times, and received no correspondence in return. I believe it might be impossible to reach them via telephone, so I would just love to get some money back, but don't know how to interact with these folks.

      order #*******, I placed the order on 7/03/23 with no indication the product was on backorder. I had no further update from the supplier. Others informed me that they were no longer a reliable supplier.On 8/23 I requested cancellation and refund. Which was received as a store credit without indication or consent. I reached out to the cs email provided ************************************ to try and rectify this to have to amount credit back to the form of payment on 8/29, 9/1, 9/5. Then on 9/15 out of desperation asked to just restore the original order if I was not going to be refunded. I've received no response to any on the communication I've sent out.

      I placed an order on this website on April 11, 2023. The order was marked as completed and shipped on the same day, April 11, 2023. I inquired about the order on April 24, asking for tracking info, they did not reply. I emailed them again on May 4 and July 26, asking where my order was and requesting a refund. They still have not replied to any of my questions OR issued a refund. I am seeking to have my order refunded.

      I placed an order on June 27th for $24.90 to be sent to my nephews in *******. The order stated that all items were shipped shortly after except for one patch. The items were never received and I have sent multiple emails and phone calls to no avail.

      I am a seller on the Interpunk website. Requested funds from records of mine they sold be transferred to my Paypal account on 2/14/23. The amount requested was $96.50. That transfer as of today, 8/10/2023 has never transpired. I have contacted them by email about the transfer of the funds, 14x and not once have I had a response. They continue to email me weekly asking me to send them more product so I know someone is running this scam of business.

      Ordered an item, was told for 1.5 years it was about to be in stock. Finally decided to cancel the order they couldnt fulfill, havent gotten a refund or even a response to multiple inquiries

      I ordered an album from interpunk.com in February 2022 (order #*******). At the time, the vendor had the item listed as in stock. Six months had passed and I hadnt received the album. I emailed and asked for a refund, I did not get a reply. In February 2023, a full year after ordering, I received an email telling me that they are still waiting to get the item back in stock. I replied that it had been a full year and I wanted a refund. I also told them Id asked for a refund 6 months prior. Again, I didnt receive a response. I just want my money back at this point.

      On September 6, 2022 I placed an order on Interpunk's website using a $50 gift card purchased for me by a friend. I ordered a t-shirt and a hat. The total with shipping came to $47.14. Within a few days, only the shirt was mailed to me, and on the packing slip was a hand-drawn arrow pointing to the line item of the hat and a note that said "will ship separate." The hat was in stock when I ordered, but shortly thereafter, the hat is no longer available to order from the site. My order status page says "On Order (Expected in stock in 1 - 2 days)" and has said this since shortly after ordering. On November 17, 2022 I contacted the site via the order status page asking the status of the hat. There was no reply. I contacted again via the same method on November 29, 2022 with no reply. On January 8, 2023, I emailed Interpunk asking about an update to no reply. On February 1, 2023 I again messaged via the order status page, this time with a list of other in-stock items of similar pricing I would be willing to accept instead of the hat I ordered. There was no reply. My final contact was an email sent on February 7, 2023. I once again reiterated the replacement items I would accept, but did not hear back. I don't want a refund, because I fear ordering from this site again will yield the same results. I just want something of equal value to what I ordered so I don't feel like money was completely wasted.
