      On September 6, 2022 I placed an order on Interpunk's website using a $50 gift card purchased for me by a friend. I ordered a t-shirt and a hat. The total with shipping came to $47.14. Within a few days, only the shirt was mailed to me, and on the packing slip was a hand-drawn arrow pointing to the line item of the hat and a note that said "will ship separate." The hat was in stock when I ordered, but shortly thereafter, the hat is no longer available to order from the site. My order status page says "On Order (Expected in stock in 1 - 2 days)" and has said this since shortly after ordering. On November 17, 2022 I contacted the site via the order status page asking the status of the hat. There was no reply. I contacted again via the same method on November 29, 2022 with no reply. On January 8, 2023, I emailed Interpunk asking about an update to no reply. On February 1, 2023 I again messaged via the order status page, this time with a list of other in-stock items of similar pricing I would be willing to accept instead of the hat I ordered. There was no reply. My final contact was an email sent on February 7, 2023. I once again reiterated the replacement items I would accept, but did not hear back. I don't want a refund, because I fear ordering from this site again will yield the same results. I just want something of equal value to what I ordered so I don't feel like money was completely wasted.

      Date of transaction: 12/01/2022 Date transaction was cancelled: 12/08/2022 Amount Paid: $73.49 Nature of complaint: I placed my order for 4 items on the above date. I cancelled the order, due to the company providing incorrect information about the delivery date. I eventually learned the items would not arrive when I needed them. So, I cancelled the order. Since the items were never shipped I was supposed to just have my money returned. It has been 4 weeks since cancelling the order and still have not received my refund. Attempts to reconcile the dispute: The website has a place to ask questions about your orders and they indicate all responses should get a reply within 2 days. I placed inquiries on 12/12, 12/20, and 12/27. None of the queries were ever responded to. I then emailed the company directly ************************************ on 12/30/2022 and still have not received a response.Order #: ******* Customer #: ********

      12/5/2022 I ordered a vinyl record from Interpunk.com. My order is held in review and I cannot get ahold of the company. When I looked on ******* many reviews say that it is a scam website. When I check my bank account information, I have several fraud charges. They are the only newer company I have used recently. Their customer service is non existent, being a fraudulent website. Taking peoples money and bank info and using it illegally.

      On March 25, 2022 I purchased two vinyl records from this website that were "on order" with the expectation that the order would be filled when the records were in stock. To date, the records have never been stocked and I have not received an update or refund. Because I paid through PayPal and the 180 day window has closed, they will do nothing. Inquiries to the status of my order have gone unanswered and I am unable to log into my account with them.

      On April 3, 2022 I preordered an with wasn't going to ship until September. I also ordered an item that was in stock at the time but was told they will ship together when available. The preordered item came available in September but wouldn't ship because the second item that was in stock when I placed the order was now out of stock. I cancelled the out of stock item as seen in the screenshot below and the vendor shows that $27.00 was transferred. After receiving the preordered item in the mail, I noticed that I did NOT receive my refund. I sent a communication through the web site on October 6 and October 18, 2022 and neither of them have been answered. I also sent emails to customer service but none of those have been answered either. The vendor still owes $27.00 in a refund and that is all that I am looking for.

      This online record store has owed me an order since July 4th of 2021, they also owe me the rest of an order from jun 13th 2022 They ere both paid in full and still say pending,as in not shipped. *** tried via email phone and any other way to contact *** the sites admin and owner to no avail. I think its disgraceful nd Im very upset about it. Obviously he does this quite often. This is theft. how is he not in jail?

      On May 8, 2022 I placed an order for 6 vinyl records totaling $204.84. I received only 2 records shorty after on May 13, ************************ stock date on the remaining 4 records kept changing. It would say expected in stock in ********************************************************** stock soon and then change to 5 days or 2 days. About 1 week post purchase, I received a call from my discover card fraud team to let me know about suspicious purchase activity that they believed stemmed from phishing activity on inter punks website due to that being the last transaction I made. I emailed interpunk on June 4, 2022 to advise of this fraud and again ask for a status update since it had been almost 1 month since my purchase and the estimated date kept changing. I received no response. On July 3, 2022 I chose to cancel the order for the remaining 4 records, totaling $138. I again emailed interpunk to let them know of my dissatisfaction and to advise that I was unable to receive a refund to my original discover card due to discover closing that account because of the fraud activity. I inquired if a check could be issued or another way to resolve my remaining balance. I received no response or correspondence at all.

      I pre-ordered an item in 10/16/2022 that was said to ship by mid November 2021. Then the status updated to December, then January. Now the status only says "on order, in stock soon", and this has been since January now. I have reached out multiple times just asking for any information, just so I know I didn't spend money on a fake item, but no one will respond to me. Usually they respond next day. I could cancel, but they only do store credit, and I do not want to ever buy from this business again. So I only want a full refund. I spent over $** on what was supposed to be a Christmas gift.

      I placed an order on 1/23/22 for 3 records. It said at the time that it wasn't in stock but would be on order and should arrive in six days. Six days came and went and it was then changed to 17 days. So I waited the 17 days. Once the 17th day arrived it was, again, reset to 17 days on order. I messaged Interpunk on 2/23/22 and 3/4/22 and they never responded. I also sent them an email, today, 4/13/22. At this point I'd like my money back because it's clear that they have no ability to get in this product.

      I purchased 3 records from this website 5 months ago, was charged $**, but still haven’t received my order. The sole reason given was that they were waiting on ONE album to restock. They have updated my order status to say that the one album is “arriving in 7 days!”, or, “arriving in 6 days!”, etc. which has been reset after the 7 day countdown, for the last 4 months.Their only method for contact is through their order page on their website, so I left three messages over 5 months and not a single message was addressed. I can’t call them, because their listed number is OUT OF SERVICE which is extremely suspicious. They have no business email listed. I was completely ripped off with no product sent and no way to communicate. I’ve been buying from this website since 2005 so I thought they would be a reputable source for vinyls but apparently it’s just a scam company now. I just want my records, but if the original deal can’t be honored, I’m willing to take this as far as needed.
