      Picked up my vehicle over 30+ days ago. I have not received my registrations or permanent plates. No one will answer my call or return my calls. They emailed me temporary plates for me to print out; however, paper doesn't with stand rain. I am unable to drive my company vehicle. Would not recommend this dealership.

      I went to *** with intend to buy a vehicle That I saw on face book. I test drove the vehicle but did not like what I heard while driving. When I returned to the dealership I mention I heard a winding noise. While trying to decide what I wanted to do the Finance person came up with another deal of their choice a 2015 Chrysler 200 the paper work was drawn up deposit was made drove off the lot with what I thought was a good car. Not even a week and a half the car shut down. They insisted about the warranty I felt that I should not have to use a warranty after only a week and a half. Then they put me in a 2014 *** X3 I have had the car since August; it is now December 1 2022 not even 4 months into and here I am again. Took the car in for an oil change had a pre-inspection done on November 28 2022 the inspection revealed the the vehicle need brakes all the way around and also needs rotors all the way around after just 3 Months of driving. Then on November 29 2022 the rear tire which is a run-flat tire went flat took it took *********************** purchased a ****** tire had it replace. On November 30 2022 the next morning to another flat tire. Went back to the tire place to only find out that the wheel has a crack in it which caused the tire to go flat. So I purchased a ****** tire that did need to be purchased. On November 30 I called *** to speak to a manager to let them know the situation only for him to tell me that I have been driving the car for three months how do I know that it was their fault. For me that was a slap in the face. Surely it is not my fault. Be aware of what you buy while you are at any dealership get a full inspection of any vehicle before you make a purchase.
