    In attempting to make a new patient appointment, one can go to the website or call the phone number, which sends you to the same website. There you are to fill out a very detailed application, including all your private information, and someone will call you to make an appointment. It has now been over two weeks and no one has called, texted, or emailed. I tried leaving voice messages in two departments with no response. THEY HAVE MY PRIVATE INFORMATION AND THERE IS NO ONE RESPONSIBLE. What kind of privacy or digital protection do they have? What do they do with my private information? Is this a defunct business who gathers information for what purposes?

    My Psychiatrist retired in February of 2023. I searched for months to find someone new to help me with my mental health. After a long search, I contacted Dominion Behavioral Health. I took an appointment with ******************************* PMHNP-BC. I saw her a total of three weeks and I was terminated from the practice because I wouldnt have repeated labs that were just drawn at my PCPs office. I had the labs drawn at LabCorp and they lost them. I also spoke with my insurance company and I would be responsible for thousands of dollars in labs that were just drawn two weeks prior.****** told me she would send me a letter to give me some places I may go. It has been two and a half weeks and yet I have not received this letter. I did contact her via text one week asking her for this letter and she said she will check on that. Again, almost three weeks and I have yet to see that letter. She did text me back and referred me to a web page. I now have to wait until January to see someone else. And, also, she was weening me off my medication.VERY POOR MENTAL HEALTHCARE
