      My husband is active duty and we have Tricare. The objects that I had received were completely covered through ***************** I have called and evenconfirmed all of this. They are sending me bills about things that were supposed to be covered and I have not received anything for over a since I had gotten everything but all of a sudden I have been receiving bills for equipment that is completely covered and even ******* has stated They did not send Tricare anything for the equipment that I had gotten. I have tried to call the company numerous times. I have left my phone number. I have left emails and multiple other things, but I havenever been able to get an answer or any type of response. According to ******* I do not owe the company anything, but they are all of a sudden to send me multiple bills stating that I owe them something even though that they did not charge my insurance, but I once again cannot getanybody to actually answer or respond to me for Anything

      My mother keeps receiving medical equipment she does not need, that has not been ordered by her doctor.Order information says her family doctor ordered it for her, but she did not.

      DME Supply USA - My order has never shipped. I ordered on April 25th. I called and left a message. I eventually got an email message after leaving a voicemail that the item was back ordered with no estimated date for shipping. It was not back ordered when I placed the order. I called back and requested to cancel the order. I need the item ASAP and cannot wait for it to come back "in stock". I have not received the item or any other explanation or acceptance of my request to cancel the order. I would not recommend ordering from this company if you need something right away.

      There has been 5 attempts by this company on Jan 28 to charge a credit card without my permission. Thankfully I had the card locked!

      Placed an order on May 2nd. No order no contact, so called company. Received email that order shipped via *** June 22 but no tracking number was given. Contacted company via email to inquire again onJuly 17th. Still no reply and no order.

      I ordered first weak of august foot rests for a wheelchair. It was on back order until 9/20. It still has not arrived nor any mention from the company when it might arrive

      Better Business Bureau:

      I have reviewed the offer and/or response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

      I was explicitly told it was on back order until 9/20/22 and it was never delivered. Ive already waited for over two f****** months. I want this refunded effective immediately as it seems blatantly clear the company in question has zero intention of ever delivering the product to me.
