"The tech that came to service the unit incredibly nice and courteous and I had no problems dealing with him, however when calling the company for further info and trying to find out when someone could come back to fix what was wrong, the person answering the phone extremely rude and not sympathetic to my predicament and rather sarcastic, and I was told I was not following protocol and needed to. Really taken back and told her we must have gotten of on the wrong foot and maybe we could start over, however she continued to put me in my place and told me there was a process and she had never had anyone like me not following orders, so I asked for a Mgr and she told me she was the Mgr, so then I told her if that was the case the company permanently lost my business as I did not want to waste my nor her time anymore." ...
