The original Spice Hunter order number that this complaint is in regards to is #***** which was placed online January 30th, 2021 with Sauer Brands Spice Hunter branch at spicehunter.com In an email dated 02/11/2021 promises were made by ****** ***** of Sauer Brands Spice Hunter branch to provide me with **% OFF of a future order with the company due to an error made in the order cited above. In this same email thread between Ms. ***** and I, she clearly stated that the code THANKYOU** would not expire for said future order. Now that I am ready to take advantage of the promo code she has decided to no longer stand by her promise to make it available. The wording in the email was as follows... (ME WRITING: Thank you ******, especially for the apology. Is there an expiration on the code, I'm fully stocked at the moment?) (****** WRITING: You're very welcome! No ma'am you may use that code whenever it is convenient! Have a great weekend. Stay warm!) Last month I tried to place an order with the THANKYOU** code. It didn't work and all I got was the runaround when I communicated with Customer Service about it. After leaving one voice message and two emails for ****** ***** I finally received an email response back from her this morning. It is below. (****** WRITING: Unfortunately, this code was used for last year and has expired. The last time we spoke was in February and they have discontinued it since then. The only one available at this time is the ThankYou15.) Well everything that transpired regarding this company and myself happened in THIS year, 2021. NOT last year. I'm quite sure they can find a way to honor the **% off a future order as she promised. That is what I am requesting please.
