      Have been with them since 2022 3years now no increase since I've been with them ,called talked to a manger nothing but beating around the **** about a increase of my credit ,the worst people I have known so for

      I tried to get a credit card with them and they had me deposit $500 dollars. Then when I got the card they emailed me saying that I couldnt use the card and now they wont give my dam $500 dollars back. It has been 4 months. When I called and asked for a manager they told me they could not do that and hung the dam phone up. I honestly cant even believe how bad my experience actually is with them right now I just want my $500 dollars back and to forget about them. I hope they dont hurt others as they have hurt me.

      This is the worst cc anyone could get. The interest rate is too high and variable. I have not made any new purchases or cash advances in several months, yet my payments are going up to the point I cannot afford. I've called to speak someone explained I'm on a fixed income and cannot keep up with their increasing monthly payments. I tried to negotiate a lower interest rate but am told that is set by the government. I was offered $15 off my next months payment, I just paid $115 today for a regular payment, last month was $109. She said to lower payments I would need to pay more than the minimum due and I told her if I'm complaining about the increasing minimum due how would I possibly pay MORE than the minimum due? They are ripping people off I even told her I was considering going to a debt consolidation and not making the payments at all. Still no response to help the customer.

      6/30/25 ~ Mission Lane LLC Visa ~ there service is SORRY & they are a Big Problem ~ they have been charging Me for several weeks - after I have requested the Visa Card to BE Closed - they take advantage of Seniors as well - & every month they keep trying to Charge Me some kind of ridiculous fee - & I finally had to let them know that my Attorney would be giving them a call - Something should be done to them about how they use People / Seniors - from Ms. ****** -

      If I could give Mission Lane negative stars, Id need a second card just to hold the debt of disappointment. This company operates like a badly written sitcom where every episode is customer pain and nobody learns anything.Calling their customer support is like phoning a haunted house lots of eerie silence, strange voices, and zero resolution. Ive spoken to **** who clearly have no clue whats going on, and when I finally got transferred to a manager (after a 40-minute hold and a soul-searching journey), it felt less like help and more like passive-aggressive performance art.And lets talk about the CEO ******* *****. Since he took the reins, the company has gone from disorganized to actively allergic to helping. Its like someone told ******* that empathy was a liability and customer satisfaction was a rounding error. Youd get more leadership from a Magic 8 Ball.Ive tried to resolve a basic account issue for weeks WEEKS and every interaction has left me more confused than the last. It's like the company runs on a mix of indifference, outdated policy manuals, and an unwavering commitment to doing the bare minimum.Mission Lane isnt a credit card company. Its a psychological experiment testing how long a human being can stay on hold before losing all faith in modern finance.Avoid at all costs unless you enjoy chaos, scripted apologies, and the thrilling experience of being gaslit by a corporation.

      I recently got my Mission Lane credit card for a credit limit of $500. I have used it 3 times now and payments have been made on it in full by a friend of mine. Due to I myself receives disability benefits, my friend assist me in paying some of my bills from time to time. None of these payments have ever bounced (a total of $1500). For some reason, it is a problem now, and a restriction has been placed on the card and the card cannot be used. They wish to receive a bank statement and driver's license of the person whom is paying on this account; remember, they have already accepted 3 individual payments of $500.00 from his bank account with no problem what so ever. My friend refused such request, therefore, Mission Lane is holding the credit card hostage. I would think a paid balance would be much better than a defaulted balance.

      ********************. I took a 300 Cash advance. I was charged by the *** $3.50 on July 20th. That is OK. But Mission lane charged me $24.28 on July 20th. ********. We are at almost 10%. Made a payment of $132. 40 on the account on April 22$ and made another payment of $712.29 on May 7th bringing the account to zero. I did not **** a balance on my account from the previous cycle and they charged me interest anyway for $4.65. They said that cash advance is different. Enjoy your 11% you made on me.Hope it was worth it. What a *************. I paid the total ******** off again...

      33 percent interest. Buying nothing. Paid $150. @month. Getting absolutely no where...all interest. Don't do this card. It's ruining me.

      I haven't gotten a cash advance from this credit card in a couple of years. So, I didn't understand why I was being charged a $5.00 cash advance fee EVERY DAY. I got online and brought up my last statement and discovered that the online in-game purchases I made with my credit card were NOT being charged as a credit card purchases but as cash advances! Not only was I being charged extra interest on my online purchases but I was being charged a $5.00 "cash advance fee" on EACH purchase! These were NOT cash advances, they were credit card purchases, but I am being charged as if they are cash advances! I do not get paper statements and made the mistake of not opening them up online or I would have discovered they were doing this years ago.
