Refund and Exchange Policy
Returns or Exchanges by USPS/UPS: All products must be returned in NEW and UNUSED condition, in original manufacturer boxes and with a copy of your original Packing Slip and the completed Return Form to ensure full credit. 
1. Complete the Return and Exchange form that can be downloaded on our website.
2. Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging. 
3. All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We do not accept COD deliveries. Refused packages may be subject to handling fees up to 15%. 
4. For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post with tracking for your return. Ship the return package to:

5. Keep a copy of the Return Tracking Number until your order payment has been credited to your account. 
6. You may expect a refund in the same form of payment used for purchase within seven (7) business days of receipt of your returned order. You will be refunded the shipping cost if the return is a result of a manufacturer error or a shipping error on our part. 

Damaged or Defective Items 
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact Customer Service within thirty (30) days of delivery at 804-420-2776. Please be prepared to provide the order number and item number from your original confirmation e-mail. Your e-mail address and phone number will also be required. We will make every reasonable effort to assist you with your return. If you do not contact Customer Service, you are responsible for all return shipping charges. 

If there is extensive damage to the packaging, contact Customer Service immediately at 804-420-2776. Please have your order number available when you call.

Oversized Items 
Shipping charges on returned oversized items are covered only if the item arrives at the designated shipping address defective or damaged. (Please note that, if the return is for reasons other than defect or damage, shipping charges can be expensive for oversized items.) 

Follow these steps to return the oversized item(s): 
• The item(s) must be unassembled and packaged securely. If possible, please package item(s) in original packaging.
• Enclose original packing list with the return item(s).
• Contact Customer Service to receive instructions on arranging for a shipping company to pick-up your item(s). Please have your order number available when you call. 
• You must be present at the time of pick-up and the item(s) must be at the door for pick-up. 
• You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase upon receipt of the return(s). You will be refunded the shipping cost if the return is a result of a manufacturer defect or our error.
