In November 2022, I signed up for a CDL class B licensing course. They said training was for 2 weeks. Instructors teaching is inconsistent.Vehicles provided for training are unsafe.Most importantly, the vehicle they provide for a training (for manual transmission) is unsafe. The driver's seat is broken and slides every time you try to shift gears. Floors and body of truck are rusted through. Complained to owner and staff, they said they would have seat fixed, 2 weeks later they have not.On the road training was supposed to begin after receiving cdl learner's permit. This did not happen, classes let out early each day, so I stopped going since I had only paid $2000 of the $3000 fee and I was scared to lose more money. Was feeling worried because they won't take us on the road. ****** in the office contacted me for the balance of the tuition. I went to office to discuss, she said if i pay the balance, i can come back and test on the 23rd.Went ahead and paid the balance and went back to class 12/20. On the road training, seat has not been fixed, they tried to put blocks behind seat to hold it in place. Even the instructors admit that truck is unsafe. Then was told by the instructor that I'm not on the list to test. ****** now says I can't test because I don't have class hours, even though she told me I just had to come on the 23rd for testing.This company does not have the proper equipment or personnel to teach CDL class B students.Business response

Everything has been resolved with the consumer. He has since graduated the class
