    This company constantly lies about freight dimensions or weight so they can charge more. Some folks can't "prove" the exact length of their shipment and are just stuck paying a lot more money. STAY AWAY FROM THESE LIARS!

    **************** can not tell me when my shipment will be delivered. Ive called three business days in a row and was told different delivery dates. On the third day, they said they needed my contact info to schedule delivery even though I provided that same info on the first two days I called. No one answers the phone at the **********, ** location and when prompted to leave a voicemail their answering system says it can not do that.

    Worst freight company around. Supposed to deliver between 10 and 2. Never showed and no notification. Called customer service and told sob story about truck breakdown. Resheduled delivery for next day. Waited all day and again nothing...nk courtesy call or tracking update. Called ustomer service and told it was loaded onto the truck but didnt go out for delivery. Now delivery is set for Monday. 2 wasted days cause they couldnt take the time to let.me.know. horrible way to do business.

    The only reason I am giving one star is because zero is not an option. Delivery was scheduled for Wednesday. They called and rescheduled to Friday morning because they had "too many drivers call in sick". Friday morning came and went. I reached out to them at 1:30pm and they told me the driver got held up because he was filling out an accident report, but he would be on site by 3. 3pm came and went. I called and they told me the driver was not comfortable backing into our dock and they could not force him to do something he was uncomfortable with. They would have to reschedule the delivery to be on a box truck, the following Wednesday. I am skeptical that we will receive the delivery on Wednesday, but we shall see. Lousy outfit with clearly lousy drivers.

    WE ARE AN AUTO PARTS STORE AND WE USED TO USE T FORCE WHEN THEY WERE REPUTABLE. YEARS AGO WE STOPPED USING THEM CAUSE OF RATE HIKES AND DAMAGED LOADS. NOW YEARS DOWN THE **** THEY SAY WE SENT 1 ITEM WITH THEM WHICH OF COURSE WE DID NOT, CLAMING WE SETUP A SHIPMENT. THEIR CLAIM IS WE SIGNED FOR IT IN WICH SOMEONE JUST WROTE DOWN OUR NAME. WE SHIP 5-10 LTL'S A DAY. SOMEONE SHOULD SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN.

    Dishonest company! They are adding additional charges like "Lift Gate" usage when it was never implemented because we have a fork lift. They also cheat you on the weight.

    ****** drove his semi through a neighborhood marked with low clearance no semi signs taking out my internet before telling me he didnt care about the signs he had a delivery and giving me a fake number and fleeing. Seriously awful ??

    Twice supplier has used this service and twice it has been a disaster. 6 no call no shows for delivery window. They keep saying it is lack of drivers. This company has cost me thousands of dollars and my relationship with my clients.

    Purchased an item through ******* and 3rd party seller being VIP outlet for a fridge. Had to put my address because the ******* site would not allow me to change the address to my new home. We called the next day to have ******* make the switch. They put the request to VIP outlet with no response. We decided just to cancel the order. VIP said it was shipped, supposed to be there May 8th. Showed up May 16th. Finally found out the shipping company was tforcefreight. VIP said they would try and tell them to change address, we attempted numerous times to get this changed before delivery. 2 days before they said it would be $50-$100 to change it. It was 6 miles away to the new house. Unbelievable poor service and communication on VIP outlet and tforcefreight. It seems to fit their profile of one-star reviews.

    Horrible. They have been delivering to us for 6-10 months now with no issue.. Today they threw a fit about bringing the products up the driveway. I called the dispatch and he basically said we were lucky to have a driver before that would deliver the items to our house instead of dropping them off in the road! Absolutely Crazy. Their customer service has went downhill and now they aren't even willing to move the pallet off the road! I just called our suppliers and asked them to STOP using T-force as R&L is much friendlier/happy to help and won't leave a pallet of 100+ boxes in the road.
