credit adjustment board called me to settle a bill they received in collections from the Centers of Advanced Orthopedics I asked them about disputing the bill because the dates of service didn't add up with the balance they were verbally giving/ they told me I didn't have a right to dispute/ there were no disputing the bill/ I screamed at, spoken to very harsh/ ill manner ( was told this isn't customer service) / hung up on an placed on hold for no reason / I would like to have the director take accountability for this and have the reps made aware this is not nice behavior / I also don't want to pay them the fee for collecting money from doc office
