I personally feel like and have been told when calling the corporate office that you (velocity auto) have been contacted on my behalf at least 3 times. I have yet to hear from you directly but instead keep being sent back to the incompetent people who I believe overcharged me in the first place, $868.69 for a brake job. I dont trust them. I will not write out or print out my personal bank information (routing/account number) which several DIFFERENT ones have requested in order to be compensated. They all have claimed to be Management/ assistant general manager but cant resolve this without my banking information? I will advise and never have either of my cars serviced there again! Normally I USED to go only for oil changes but wanted to get my brakes checked and my normal place was too busy. Jiffy Lube on Atlantic avenue in *******, **** and some of the others have certainly made poor choices in recent years as to who they hire and have to represent their businesses. I unfortunately had to have to get my brakes serviced again while on a road trip with my husband. The caliper mounting bolts ( jiffy put on) were coming off while I was driving causing the car to become inoperable until we reached the nearest repair shop. I am tired of the runaround. Resolve this!
