      Customer with them utilizing a *** for our cash flow stability. Clean record for 2 years. We missed one payment and they locked our ***, despite it having over 65% of the limit remaining. Even after quickly bringing it current (and communicating with them on our production and financial needs throughout the timeframe), they dragged their feet, avoided phone calls, and then after a month told us they wouldn't reopen access. We were undergoing a change in our production and had planned on using the *** during the time period when we wouldnt be able to produce and ship new product. They said that because we hadn't generated substantial revenue recently, they locked it. OF COURSE we weren't generating revenue, it was a planned closure and we PLANNED on using our credit to get us through the time period. Instead, had to acquire a loan from a different source to float us through the final month of our planned change over.Absolutely infuriating. The company has no understanding of how businesses use financing, apparently, and underwriting is completely divorced from their account managers, who do nothing to help you, can't give you any timelines, and lie through their teeth.

      I have been a Fundation/Quantum client for a long time and have successfully paid off several loans with this company. I have always maintained a good payment history, and there are no outstanding balances on my account. However, if you make just one late payment, they will completely lock your account. This has a serious impact on your business operations and is extremely frustrating. I will never recommend this lending company.

      This company will change their policies at any given moment and block you from having access to your credit line.
