    Frontstream has increased their fee to $30 for each check sent to the nonprofit from donor related funds. To set up an *** to avoid this charge, they request specific information from the non-profit's bank. After submitting all required materials that the bank can legally provide, Frontstream continues to deny *** transfers of donations to the nonprofit stating that the info that has been sent via the Frontstream portal, does not include the requested information, which it actually does.

    Hello:

    We reviewed the organization's attempts to register for *** and can conclude that the information provided on the attempts does not meet the requirements as the documents either have handwritten data versus bank supplied data, or do not show the full account information by the bank. 

    Unfortunately, this is a common issue with ***************.

    Eft request was approved on 10/17 with additional information received by our client. Given the number of attempts, we feel a reasonable refund amount is $155.00.

    We apologize for any inconvenience and please allow 2-3 weeks to process the refund.
