They own *******, I contracted with them to purchase phone numbers. They ignore my emails and phone calls for tech support. I got one batch of phone numbers, the system stoped working and I can't get the rest of the phone numbers they are charging me for. They keep sending bills, but I am not receiving the product. It's a little late in the year now, the contract is for a year and over the year, they have not provided or fulfilled the contract. The contract is over but I did not get what they are trying to charge me for. I have many emails proving that we asked for tech support, and no one responded. I don't mind paying them for the first set of numbers I received but I will not pay for what I did not receive. They tricked me into taking such a large contract in the first place. I was originally taking the smallest contract, which I signed. ********** sold me some leads, when they pulled my request, they came up with over 80 thousand leads so I had to increase my contract with ******* to accommodate that many leads, though, when the leads came over they were not what I ordered, the second list they sent with the correct criteria was much smaller, however, they would not give me back the original NueStar contract for phone number orders. *********** owns NueStar, who provides phone numbers. The first contract that they would not go back to was ****** for the year, not *******. We are a small company, even ****** for the year is a lot for us, they knew that. They are forcing us out of business.

Neustar Localeze publishes my personal name as a business name on their directory at neustarlocaleze.biz. Via email they have told me they got the information from Yext and try to refer me back to Yext to get it fixed. Yext wants between $200 and $1000 per year to keep this updated. If you stop paying the information "reverts back" to old outdated information. Neustar / Localeze should not publish incorrect information and then demand money (via Yext) to remove it. I do have a business, I do not want my personal name published in place of my business name. Given the business practices I have observed, I do not want Neustar/Localeze or Yext to publish anything about my business either.
