    On February 11th, of 2025, an order was processed for $5 to be credited for ****** payment, from which i allowed accessible data to be monitored within the "mobileexpression" app.i have been an account ************************* with Mobile Expression for quite some time & have previously cashed out several credits without incident, 'til now.i haven't yet received prompt correspondence from an agent, who'd rectify the non compliance & remedy the incurred discrepancy as of 02/24 unto today, 03/24/25

    On Nov 18th at 2:19 A.M CST I cashed out 30 credits for a $5.00 ****** gift card on the MobileXpression app. Then on Nov 18th at 11:15 P.M CST I discovered that my MobileXpression account had been locked. On Nov 18th at Nov 18, 2024, 11:21PM CST I contacted MobileXpression asking why my account had been locked when I did was cash out. I even asked to have my account unlocked and be sent my $5.00 ****** gift card. On Nov 19th at 5:48 A.M I recieved the same reply that others have received for around 8 years now. The reply read,"Thanks for contacting ***** this point we can confirm that your order was flagged and canceled by our security program. After further reviewing your account, we can confirm that you did not fulfill the necessary participation requirements needed to qualify for the incentive. Unfortunately based on your account not meeting the standards of activity and participation, we have canceled your order.We understand your frustration regarding this matter, however our decision to cancel your order and lock your account has been made.Regards,Support ". I believed their company was honest so I never thought to check the internet about them. Now I know that they are dishonest scammers. All I want now is my $5.00 ****** gift card sent to @Scarlett358 Thank you.

    They reached out to me explaining everything and I finally recieved my payment of $5.00 USD to my ****** account. The problem was my misunderstanding that there's a waiting period after inactivity on the account. I cashed out to soon after reactivating my account. On a side note I discovered that the *** they use to gather data from active users has started cutting off on it's own. This means i have to keep reactivating it and that will prevent me from being avle to cash out any time soon without getting my account locked again. They need to fix this. I believe that is why so many others were getting their accounts locked. Thank you.

    This company is a scam. I haven't even used my account for some time but they were begging me continuously through email to return and use their app. If I would join again since I've been a member for several years they would give bonus credit so I decided to join again. The reason I deleted it , it's because they are watching all you do and have access to your data and phone, this would also make my phone extremely slow to the point where I couldn't take it. I did recently return this year and they gave me extra credit, I kept the app on my phone and followed all instructions up to the point that I can redeem. I finally redeemed my reward for a amazon credit but then they stated my account is locked... Now I emailed them and I get email stating my account was lock because I didn't follow the guidelines now it seems as though this is repeated beahvior from this company. I'm seeing these same messages being sent to different people so this company is stealing data possibly and not following through with giving rewards as promised. They're literally copying and pasting the same message to a variety if people making false claims of not following instructions. I'm not understanding this so why not email me and tell me all of this before but you're having access to my phone??? When I cash out that's when I get a banned alert? Seems like this company needs to be investigated.

    ******************************************* Everything was fine until a few weeks ago when I was no longer able to collect my weekly points; I had already cashed in my points twice before, so I had been saving up for one of the larger gift cards. After a couple of weeks back and forth with tech support, they had me just reinstall. It didn't make sense because everything was working fine on my endI had even sent in print screens when asked. So, I followed their instructions to uninstall and then re-install their software, but I had lost those two weeks worth of points. After confirming with them that everything was working properly and that I could resume collecting my weekly points, everything went back to normal.The following Monday, April 08 2024, I claimed my points as I had done a couple of times before but this time, immediately after placing my order for the largest gift card available, they canceled my order and froze my account. I contacted tech support asking why but they only confirmed that they froze my account and cancelled my order. No explanation, no details, nothing. So, not only did I lose the two weeks of points when their app messed up, but I also lost several months prior's worth and I have no reason to this day as to why. And to make things better, they've completely stopped responding. If you read the reviews for their app (on ***************** ********************************* websites), you will see that this is common practice for this particular company.

    I downloaded this app on my phone and started having issues with other apps not opening! Had to lock my phone to get apps to work correctly.

    I downloaded their vpn in exchange they get to see what I do and search on my phone. When it came time to pay me they mysteriously lock your account and don't pay me. There is no way for me to fraud them by not doing what I'm suppose to as you simply let them see your data. I'm very active on my phone and as of now, they got like 2 months of my private information for free. I'm sick in tired of there not being stricter laws on this stuff. If I was employed somewhere, and they didn't like my work, they'd simply fire me and pay me for the days I worked. But these companies get away with letting you do the work or collect your data then fire you for say, but don't pay you for the time you worked, or in this case the data they got from me. Please at least give me my points.

    I received a notification on my phone to claim my five credits for the week and I clicked on the notification and claimed the five points. I then tried to cash out and was given the message that my rewards account is locked and to contact support. I would like to cash out and this seems odd that you would obtain my data for all this time and then suddenly I am "locked out" when it's time to redeem. I contacted the business and was told that they had to lock my account because I did not meet the participation requirements. If I wasn't meeting the requirements why was I getting points each and every week without fail until it was time to cash out. I noticed that on ****** Play there are others who have complained about this same issue. When they try to cash out this company suddenly locks their account. Others need to know about scams.
