To Whom It May ********* am writing to file a formal complaint regarding the lack of technical capability and inconvenient solutions provided by an employee of Rapides Regional Medical Center, specifically ************************* (***********************************************).On Feb 26th, 2024, I encountered an issue with a document provided by Ms. ****** Upon attempting to open the file, I received error messages indicating that the file was damaged and unable to be opened. Furthermore, upon inspection, I discovered that the file size was 0 bytes, rendering it completely devoid of data. When I reached out to ************** to address this matter, her proposed solutions were entirely impractical and inconvenient. She suggested that the document could either be faxed to me or picked up in person at the office. However, I have no means of receiving a fax, and as I am currently 35 weeks pregnant and ******* minutes away from the office, picking it up in person is highly burdensome. Moreover, I provided the document electronically in PDF format initially, and it is reasonable to expect that any replacement or updated document should also be provided in the same format. The inability to rectify this issue and the lack of alternative solutions demonstrate a severe deficiency in technical competence and customer service on the part of Rapides ********************************************* Center. Therefore, I am requesting that proper measures be taken to rectify this situation promptly. I expect the document to be provided back to me electronically in the same PDF format that was requested. Additionally, I propose that employees of Rapides Regional Medical Center undergo comprehensive training to ensure they possess the necessary technical skills to fulfill their duties effectively and provide satisfactory solutions to customers.Thank you for your attention to this matter. I trust that you will take appropriate action to address this issue and prevent similar issues in the future.Regards, *************************

In July 2022, 6 of us went to what was ********** (now *******) to get COVID tests for travel. No one asked for payment at that time. In October, I started receiving a statement for patient *********************** with the responsible party of *************************, who is not the responsible party. I am the responsible party. The account is so screwed up that they have ****** responsible but my address. I have been trying since October to get this straight and get them to file the claim with the correct insurance. This is information on contacts: October 2022, sent the correct responsible party a copy of the insurance card. In November and December 2022, I sent the information again after speaking with someone on the phone. January 2023 gave the insurance information over the phone to an agent who said, "we will file again with this insurance information". February 2023 talked to ***, who said, "The rep in January keyed the information but did not send it to be processed for payment" She Stated that she would take care of it and that I had nothing to worry about. On February 28, 2023, I received a collection notice from **********. I called them and they said they could do nothing to call the company (**********/*******). I called the office we went to for the test in July 2022, and they said nothing we can do because we are on a different system, *******, and cannot see anything from *********, BUT we will let you talk to *********************. I talked to her several times she said I will get you to someone who can help. Today is March 22, 2023, and I have called her back since I haven't heard from her, only to have her tell me there is nothing she can do. I need help. All I want is for the responsible party to be changed on the account, the insurance filled correctly, and documentation stating none of this nonsense will be on ******'s credit. Based on the **** tracking number, the letter with all the copies and details was received by ********** on March 5, 2023, at 2:10 pm.
