    I took my 2019 Denali for warranty work on a Wednesday. Michelle, service person said it would be ready no later than Friday. But call/text anytime day or night and she would respond. On Friday I called and the truck was ready but no one knew about warranty..Michelle was out of town but I could come and pay full price. I called my warranty provider who advised they had spoken with the Harveys and had approved an amount and they provided me ,via text, what they had agreed to pay. On Monday, I called and left 3 messages for Michelle in service..no response. A call to the service department manager finally got a return call from Michelle. At this time she stated that the truck was ready but they had found additional issues and would I like to leave it?NO! when I picked the truck up I could tell the serpentine belt had been replaced and the truck had been inspected. Once I got home and inspected the truck the rear main seal which I had asked to be replaced was leaking, the oil cooler lines may or may not have been replaced . Also I had noted the mileage on the vehicle when I dropped it off....I understand that a test drive will be done BUT my truck had been driven 200 miles . This is unacceptable for a business to schedule work and then not complete it as requested, to "test drive" for more than 10 miles and to expect the customer to pay the full amount because no one other than Michelle knows about the warranty! When I called the service manager and told him the vehicle was still leaking oil he said oh I apologize, bring it back and we will fix it. NO WAY! This is terrible customer service. I had been told that Harveys was not the place to have a vehicle serviced. I should have listened! I will be taking my vehicle to an other business to have the work done and I will advise my warranty company as well.
