    Riverbend Apartment Complex located in Radford VA denied tenant(s) right(s) to speak with Virginia Housing that was on site during a inspection.
    Riverbend Apartment Complex has forced tenant(s) to court or eviction with improper legal step(s) / chain of notice and how they are written legally.
    Reported repair(s) needed such as busted bathtub(s) that require(s) bucket(s) to catch and discard dirty bathing water for year(s) at a time is a breech of lease agreement.
    When tenant(s) join in a union of sorts they receive retaliation non renewal notice(s) after meeting with and reporting issues to higher-ups.
    Maintenance makes accusation(s) against tenant(s) that result(s) in court cases.
    The landlord of this property is confrontational and rude.
    The maintenance and landlord are grouped together to care for numerous properties in Virginia and all properties suffer from similar situation(s) under their care or lack there of.
    Cival and Constitutional right(s) of tenant(s) have been ignored to include in a local court of law where the landlord and agents committed purjury against tenant(s) with no direct evidence to support hear say.
    Mold has been inspected and results refused, no one year inspection(s), no six month extermination treatment(s), no yearly smoke detector's tested, sidewalk(s) not properly repaired, roof leaking not addressed,drug activity and use on the property,roach and ant issues,not enough handicapped parking, tenant complaint(s) unattended, no explanation for utility allowance and why it isn't received when the property receive(s) full voucher payment to pay the cap amount of rent for a Subsidized unit(s)
    Owned by person(s) who own numerous properties in many states,but fail to keep them up to standard(s) and cover many situation(s) with untrue account(s) or report(s).
    The owner(s) and employee(s) should be held accountable and improve their action(s)
    They should be held liable for any wrongdoing against tenant(s) on their properties.
