    At first I was glad to have hired Deck Buddy LLC; but at the end I was totally disappointed that I hired them. To be honest; I really hate to do this type of review; but I gave the Company ever chance to fix the problem. Initially he did a good job and responded on every request to fix any errors. And he was so responsive in every area of request; that when it came time to make the final payment; even though the job was not finished (not complete); he asked for the final payment, and I paid him. Once that check cleared the bank the working relation that I thought we had, ended. There were still some issues that needed his attention fix. There were some issues with the workmanship on the patio (What they did was just painted over the problem) He did not smooth out the patio before painting it. This happened twice and he refused to attempt to fix it the third time. There was (is) a warranty statement in the contract that him and I signed. This statement covered "workmanship". He refused to honor that part of the contract to fix the patio. And he (the Manager) refused to come out and inspect the work of his people or send his people back out. This was a serious ****** learned for me was not to make a final payment until you are completely satisfied with the job in question. I do not recommend hiring this company DECK BUDDY LLC. The salesperson I dealt with was DORU PRICOPE. He did respond once by saying that he is not making any money by sending he people out a third time; and if I did not the work that was done; then to hire some someone to do the job. Then I asked for my money back and I did not hear back from him. I even sent text/email to the manager of the business and called with no response. The overall work on the patio was done very poorly.
