    First I am requesting our deposit of $5000.00 to be returned in addition to the license number of this contractor ******* Gehring from Five Star Bath Solutions. On June 22, 2024 my husband, myself and ******* Gehring signed off on a proposal/contract which states that after he received the deposit, he would begin work on our bathrooms and that the balance will be paid after all the work was completed. We did not hear anything from ******* until July 28, 2024 stating in an email that he would be late starting work on our bathrooms. Then on August 7, 2024 he sends us another email stating that he will be at our home on Monday August 12, 2024 between 9/9:30am to start work. I replied to him to email us a contract showing our deposit and balance due after the job is completed. On August 10, 2024, he emailed to us the original proposal as well as a new amendment requesting our signatures and additional $2500.00 before he can finish the complete job we agreed upon in the beginning.

    Bad service after they took the deposit money, and they never call you back. I sign the contract on 05/05/23, and Clayton G****** said he be do my bath remodel done in 45 days. And he came back said he will get the job done on 07-10-23. but he never come and call us. and we call him he never answers the phone or reply to the text we text him. we call his office they said they will call us back 48 hours but never call back.
