    I just moved to ******* in October...
    On the 21st/22nd I purchased a 2015 kia rio in cash for over 9,000$...
    They put metal plates on the car and let me go with the keys.

    A couple weeks later in November at about 10 p.m...I get pulled over by a state trooper who ran my plates and registration came up invisible...so the officer took the plates off and told me to park the car in a gas station/********* 150 miles away from my house...
    I had to call multiple tow companies and I spent 1,388$ on a tow that didn't come until 8 a.m the next day...

    So I slept in a car in a parking lot overnight with a car that wasn't properly filed...and I went to duncan suziki the morning I got home and he said he couldn't do anything about it...
    I had 20$ to my name after paying the tow company for THE DEALERSHIPS mistake.

    He decided to only pay 900$ of the 1,388$ I had to pay...
    He didn't pay the full amount....nor did he offer to refund some money on the car that wasnt properly handled.

    He offered me to use dealership plates for 5 days and said he would talk to the officers and maybe get the plates back or eventually get me new ones.

    I would appreciate if he would refund me the total I paid the towing company AND refund some or half of the purchase price of the vehicle back to me for their mistake.

    On Saturday, October 21st 2023, **** ********** of *******, VA purchased a 2015 KIA RIO with VIN# ***************** that had 98,650 miles on it at the time of delivery.  Ms. ********** purchased this KIA RIO "AS-IS  No Warranty".  At the time of delivery, Ms. ********** paid CASH for the vehicle with no lien holder.On Wednesday, November 8th, Ms. ********** was pulled over by a Virginia State Trooper for Speeding.  During the traffic stop, the Virginia State Trooper was verifying her license # & registration #.  The Virginia State Trooper discovered that her "Hard Plates" that were on the vehicle were not registered with the Virginia DMV.  Ms. ********** provided a Bill of Sale and a Registration Card to the Virginia State Trooper to which he rejected.  The Virginia State Trooper then issued a Summons for "Improper/Altered Registration".  The Virginia State Trooper then confiscated the "Hard Plates" off of Ms. ************ KIA RIO.  The Virginia State Trooper informed her that she could not drive the vehicle until proper registration was secured.Duncan Suzuki in *******, VA on Thursday, November 9 2023, issued a Dealer Tag with a completed permission slip to Ms. ********** for her KIA RIO.  So that she could have use of her vehicle.Duncan Suzuki in *******, VA. on Friday, November 10 2023 reimbursed $900 to Ms. ********** for her towing bill.Duncan Suzuki in *******, VA on Tuesday, November 14 2023 has submitted to the Virginia DMV all of the required documents for registration.As of Friday, November 17 2023, Duncan Suzuki in *******, VA has not heard from the Virginia DMV, so we will assume that the Virginia DMV is still processing this transaction.  Also, the Virginia State Trooper that confiscated Ms. ************ "Hard Plates" have returned to Duncan Suzuki in *******, VA.  We intend on re-installing those "Hard Plates" on Ms. ************ KIA RIO.We apologize for any inconvenience that Ms. ********** has experienced.If you have any further question(s) concerning this matter, please contact *** ****** ** ********************** ** *************Sincerely,David P.
