    My sister and I were once in love with this company after we bought a gaming laptop in community college that still works 11 years later, but after buying 2 computers from them in the last 3 years, we will no longer trust another ***** to this company. I bought a computer from them last year that blue screened the first day I got it, but for the sake of their previous record, I gave it a chance. For 9 months I put up with blue screening and random dying, before I gave up and called the company for help. I should have initially called ****** for a refund before they made me pay over $200 in shipping just for them to tell me that my device was "tampered with" and that I would have to pay to fix it. I requested it back after calling ****** and got a full refund because they have a year warranty. My sister got a computer from them 2 years ago, and it is now completely dead. She thought the graphics card might have had an issue and got it installed, all for the computer to spark out and die every couple of days before she had to get it fixed. *** has done nothing to help her, nor have they responded to any attempts to resolve their faulty product. Because its out of ******'s warranty, I don't think she'll be able to get a refund, but they should own up to the mishandling of their products and stop selling faulty products that are only made to last for 2 years. Now she has to get another computer within just 2 years of having it. I guess the saying is true, they don't have service or quality like they used too...

    PCs from here frequently have hardware problems. Poorly installed memory or cooling systems are the most common.If under warranty you pay for shipping, They will not assist at all. This company then blames damage on shipping. Which since they provide zero assistance with shipping becomes a huge problem.1-2 weeks minimum plus shipping means if you have a problem you are down for a long time.The ****** reviews make this company look good, but ****** only gives 90 days for feedback. So they look good there, but 6 months to a year out you'll find out you probably got a lemon.Worst tech vendor I've ever dealt with. ***** them.

    Wow so sorry I didn't read these. Exact thing happened to me bought a $2600.00 laptop and it broke 3 times in 5 months they tried to repair twice. They are a scam and will not replace or refund defective goods.

    Ordered a gaming laptop through Amazon from these guys come to find out it stopped working after a month and sent it to ASUS for warranty repair and they said its not covered because I modded out my 64gb ram for 2 8gb ram cards which I have no idea how to do..so pretty much before Computer Upgrade King sent out my laptop when I ordered it they took my 64gb ram and downgraded me to some crappy 2 8gb ram cards in hopes that customers dont find out..they steal parts from online orders and replace them for cheaper parts I spent $2,500 on this laptop with no resolution because some punk modded my purchase and stole from me when I rightfully bought it online. Please help me this store is a scam and its not right if you look at there reviews there is multiple incidents with the same issue!! Help!!

    I guess I should have checked this website prior to purchasing a system from this company. I spent over $2000, to get a fully upgraded and functioning pc to do my work. I am obligated by my employer to have a working machine at all times, but not even 6 months in this pc started acting up. First the LED lights stopped working, didn't care since I really just need it for work. now December 2022, a month shy of having it for a year, it starts the random shut downs. It starts running fans light it's a motorcycle revving. I explained to them the issues, sent photos and made sure to inform them I need this to function for work. The agent said I was under warranty to send it back and the minute they received it the pc would go in the repair queue. It took me a few days to send back as the pc kept shutting down as I made several attempts to download my work files. They received my pc on 1.13.2023, it's almost 2 weeks and it hasn't even been looked at yet. I now have to go purchase a new pc to do my work or risk getting let go. I wouldn't purchase any machines from this group. Not reliable and definitely a company with bad products, since they are so backed up with returns. Waiting for my refund reply.
