    This is my second time they’ve cost me money. They call the night before to confirm, but the day of, they call and say they have to pick someone else up and they’re STILL 30 minutes behind, making me over two hours late for appointments. Of course the doctors won’t see me and I have to pay no show fees to get another appointment. They know where and what time the appointments are for, but apparently they think you can show up whenever ñ.

    HORRIBLE COMPANY!!! POOR WORK ETHICS AND COMMON COURTESY. I USED H&M 2 YEARS AGO, AND RECIEVED GREAT SERVICE. I SCHEDULED THEM THIS YEAR AND THEY FORCED ME TO CANCEL TWO APPOINTMENTS WITHIN A 2 WEEK PERIOD. NOW IT'S ANOTHER UNETHICAL SERVICE. THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO FINED & SHUT DOWN.

    Worst company ever!!! I don't know how you do not show up and still are able to pock up rides through medicaid something seriously needs to be done about them!!!! Do not use this company they are unreliable.

    Absolutely unbelievable . I have had at least 7.no shows from this company now. To the point one of my doctors refused to see.me anymore because I've missed appointments. I have had to reschedule same 7 MRI and last time ****** care had to call and they rescheduled my MRI . This morning I had a ride for the 7th MRI and no show. I went in to the app and says canceled for member behavior. A couple months ago I was at er and after waited for them to come pick me up. I live deep in the Appalachia mountains. The ER after waiting 3 hours told me someone called and canceled my ride. I walked home 5 hours from 10 pm through mountains to get home which is fine in day but it was 10 pm. Then I have asked for a copy of what member behavior? There is no explanation. If your not from these parts it's how it seems to be . I record my rides also. They picked me up at Aug 2,2024 no issues. Then they no show and put canceled for member behavior when I haven't spoken to anyone. I wouldn't even give them 1 star but you have to in order to leave review.

    My advice to readers, contact your insurance company and have J&A placed on your "to be excluded" list so you don't get stuck with them. If I could give zero stars, my rating would be more accurate. This company is extremely disorganized. In my two years experience, only one trip with this company has gone as scheduled. It was with a driver that no longer works for there. They attempt to pick me up hours after my scheduled doctor's appointment. Doctor's don't take patients more than 15 minutes late, they definitely will not see anyone 3 hours late. This company is also notorious for leaving their clients sitting at doctor's offices for hours past their scheduled return trip. One driver that is currently employed by them, Robin, is ALWAYS late. She is unprofessional, and has no issues discussing other patients/passengers personal information with other clients once that person has gotten out of the vehicle. She will confirm your time beforehand, then still be late. I have personally contacted her to make certain she has my correct pick up time and she will confirm, only to later say she didn't receive the trip info until last minute and had no idea she was to be there earlier. This disorganized company should lose their contracts in Virginia.

    Their driver Dustin never shows he knew he was scheduled to pick us up today I call him he’s in ****** ******** didn’t even bother to call and say he couldn’t come

    One get you guys **** together because I had a doctor's appointment today I never went because you guys decided to do a no call no show and proceed to text me saying that you guys are in my driveway sending me a picture even though I was sitting outside on my porch for an hour and a half you guys are liars and pathetic people.

    I’m very disappointed in your company. I sit up there at ******** **** ******** yesterday for five hours and your taxi drivers never come and got me after you told ***** that that one time they’ll be there in 15 minutes. Another time to be there in 35 minutes now, I was still there at 5 o’clock last night and I no-show, I almost had to walk home thank God my friend was up there. Thanks for nothing J&A. I thought a lot of you, but I don’t know more. My insurance company is Stephanie into this matter what you did stranding me yesterday it’s uncalled for and you all lied and told ***** that they’d be there at times and they never were. I know you have other patients to leave a patient stranded. That’s not good for your business. I give you a zero

    Very unprofessional and Irresponsible. They don't show up on time if at all. One driver had 2 speeding tickets in one week. They don't care one bit and are the only company out of 4 to my knowledge that conveniently don't want a signature so they can lie and be late or not at all and make it look like your fault.

    I should not have to reward stars. This man just called me from this company to confirm my ride for an orthopedic Drs appt and demanded I be ready to be picked up and hour and 40 mins early before my scheduled pick up time and was going to drive me through four different counties and pick 4-5 more passengers add I would have never made it on time to my orthopedic Dr. I've been told this is the company that made me miss my left Drs apt bc they cancelled my scheduled pick up and did not call me to let me know. I have spinal trauma and shoulder trauma hince the ORTHOPEDIC DR APT. This man refused to take my husband that I've called to confirm twice for the ride and the escort thru my transport provider. This man began yelling at me and telling me he was the nicest one at the company add when I told him he was being recorded add this call was going to the police and the Medicaid company and the dept of Virginia transportation he started to threaten me while still yelling at me telling me if I want to get to my Dr I will not call him in and i WILL BE READY AT 10 AM WHEN I WAS SCHEDULED FOR 11:40AM and only scheduled to go to my DR not four other countries with 6 people crammed in a taxi. I FEEL UNSAFE THIS MAN KNOWS MY PHONE NUMBER ADD HE DIDN'T EVEN GIVE ME HIS NAME HE CALLED I ANSWERED HER SAID HEY YOU HAVE A SCHEDULED RIDE IN THE MORNING SO I DON'T EVEN REALLY KNOW WHO HE IS OTHER THAN HE SAYS HE DRIVES WITH J&A TRANSPORTATION VIRGINIA. I FEEL MY LIFE IS THREATENED ADD FEEL UNSAFE WITH THIS COMPANY.
