This complaint is in reference to a monetary refund. My husband and I repeatedly called and left messages at their office and (the service man) Marvin’s cell phone, all of which have been ignored. We initially contacted them based on a recommendation from an electronics company in Minnesota. When the technician, Marvin, first visited our home, he appeared to have integrity and be trustworthy. We felt we were all operating in good faith. Apparently, that was a miscalculation on our part. How can you charge someone for parts (two antennas, pole and brackets) and when the parts are returned to you, you keep the person’s money and the parts. On October 1, 2021, when Marvin reclaimed the two antennas, pole and brackets, he stated that he would need to get back to the office, total the items, and issue a refund for the returned parts. We have called the office and cell number and left messages on the following dates: October 12, October 15, October 16, October 19, October 20, and October 25; all to no avail. What we received from this company is not good customer service and not how honest business should be conducted. On August 19, 2021, they gave me the cost for their services and materials totaling $******, not the previously quoted $******. I wrote them a check, which they cashed the next day without any delay. I am requesting help in getting the full refund of our money in the amount of $******,
