At Heavenly House Cleaning we are committed to providing exceptional cleaning services and customer satisfaction. We understand that there may be circumstances where a refund is warranted. This refund policy outlines the conditions under which refunds will be issued for our cleaning services.

Eligibility for Refunds:
1.1 Unsatisfactory Service: If you are dissatisfied with the quality of our cleaning service, you must notify us within 24 hours of the completion of the service. We will review your concerns and, if found valid, we will take appropriate action to address the issue. Depending on the situation, we may offer a re-cleaning, partial refund, or full refund.

1.2 Cancellation Before Service: If you decide to cancel your cleaning service, you must provide us with at least 48 hours' notice prior to the scheduled appointment. Refunds for cancellations made within this timeframe will be processed in full.

1.3 Cancellation During Service: If you cancel the cleaning service while our team is already on-site, a partial refund will be issued based on the proportion of the work completed up to the point of cancellation.

Non-Eligibility for Refunds:

2.1 On-Site Obstructions: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that our cleaning team has unobstructed access to the areas to be cleaned. If, upon arrival, our team is unable to perform the cleaning due to a customer-related obstruction (e.g., locked out, inaccessible areas, presence of pets unwilling to cooperate), no refund will be issued.

2.2 Failure to Notify: If you fail to notify us of any concerns related to the cleaning service within 24 hours of its completion, we will assume the service was satisfactory, and no refund will be provided.

2.3 Pre-existing Conditions: Our cleaning team cannot be held responsible for pre-existing conditions, stains, or damages that may be revealed during the cleaning process. Therefore, refunds will not be issued for such issues.

2.4 Failure to Follow Care Instructions: If damage occurs due to the customer's failure to follow our cleaning or care instructions, we cannot be held liable, and no refund will be provided.
