            I contracted WT Anderson to install Hardie Plank and gutters on my condo at the end of July. They put planking on my neighbor’s condo that should have been installed on mine. During the installation of the gutters, they removed the screening from my soffit that prevented birds and animals from entering my attic and did not replace it. I called and spoke with the production sheduler to informed them of these issues and we scheduled a date for a representative to come out and assess the problems. He came out, saw what had happened and said it wasn't my fault, I even asked for an estimate to have my patio door replaced, of which I was happy to have them do (one stop shopping and all) he left and said he would get back to me. A day later I received an invoice saying the cost to fix their mistake would be $****.00 plus $****.00 to replace my patio door. I once again called to ask why I was being charged for mistakes that were on their part, I received a reduced invoice of $***.00. It is now the middle of Sept, and my condo has yet to be completed.

            Mr. ********, We will most definitely do the portion of the wall that belongs to you and install the screens at no additional cost. The proposal for $*** *s for the portion that you state doesn't belong to you, but your neighbor. You will not be invoiced for that unless you decide to install Hardie there.
