  Matrix Construction has completed two roof repair jobs for me, the first in 2021 and the second in March 2026. Both repairs were excellent. Mr. REMOVEDis very professional, arrived when he said he would be there, completed the work in a timely manner and cleaned up when he was finished. He provided a fair price estimate and explained everything that needed to be done in detail. The most recent repair was to replace a section of roof that had been leaking for years unnoticed. REMOVEDreinforced all water damaged support structures and replaced the damaged roof components with materials that were better than the original. I have confidence that the repair was done right, and appreciate the peace of mind provided by Matrix construction's lifetime warranty. I highly recommend Matrix Construction.

  ???????????? (worth more than 5 stars!) Matrix Construction of Hampton Roads, Inc. is absolutely outstanding! REMOVEDis unlike any contractor Ive ever worked with honest, knowledgeable, and truly a man of integrity. His estimate was comparable to other contractors, but the difference in professionalism, competence, and thoroughness was night and day. REMOVEDtook the time to educate me on every step of my roof repair and made the entire process stress-free. This level of care and transparency is rare and should be the standard for all contractors. Im so impressed that Im also hiring Matrix for a complete roof replacement on another property. Highly recommend!

His pricing was very fair, and the quality of his work was fantastic. Ive already recommended him to several people and will continue to do so.   Matrix Construction is an excellent business. REMOVEDis professional and follows through with his word. He takes pride in his craft and has an excellent work ethic. I paid him to thoroughly check my entire roof for nails coming loose and to find possible leaks. I will use his services again when I need a roof replacement. I recommend Matrix Construction!

  My sons closet ceiling fell in - ugh, what a mess! REMOVEDto the rescue. After an estimate from the other guy who stood in the backyard and sent his drone up, REMOVEDcame over, within a few hours of when I called him, and got up on the roof himself (right after a rain storm!). He showed us pictures of the roof and what he thought was causing the problem: the damage wasn't obvious. So nice to have that small business touch - to talk to the owner, the one who would be doing the work. Best new yet, his estimate was half Mr. REMOVEDGuys! Needless to say, we booked him. REMOVEDdid a great job, always in touch with kind communication. After he finished, he didnt bill us right away; instead he waited until a heavy rain and then had me check to make sure the leak in the closet was truly fixed. Nelsons a sweetheart and a pro. To top it off - he fixed some broken tiles on the front of my house (see pic). I didnt even ask! Thats service.
