    Two weeks before we moved, they changed our apartment number. Before our arrival we confirmed everything and were told the apartment would be available at noon. Upon arrival at noon our apartment was not ready. It was finally ready a few hours later. We were told we would have a dishwasher and in unit laundry hook *** which we did not have. They never got back to me on why we were told this or even tried to do anything about it. Inspecting the apartment, there was debris under the fridge and in the cupboards. The outside of the cupboards was sticky and needed through cleaning. Maintenance I would give 2 stars. We had electrical issues within our kitchen, and the power went out. We had a fridge full of perishable food. When I called the emergency maintenance we were told that no one could come out that day and it would be the next day even though in the lease it stated electrical, and power issues were an emergency. We had to find an extension cord, plug it in the bedroom, and plug the fridge and stove into that which is a fire hazard just to keep our food from spoiling. Then there is the smell of weed everywhere and the entryways were never clean and full of debris. When it rained the sidewalk would flood horribly up to four inches at least that we would have to walk through to get to the parking lot. Before the snowstorm came, they put down table salt, table salt on the sidewalks and steps. I wish I could say I was kidding. Before the snow came it rained so the sidewalks turned into an ice rink. Upon turning in our move out notice, we scheduled a walk through the apartment, I took time off work for this, and no one showed up. When I called no one answered and once again my emails were not returned. I had to take more time off work to go to the office and ask someone to come do the walk through. They have a small laundry room in which the window cant even stay open unless something is holding it up.

    0 stars do not rent any property from them!!!!!!! my parents have had an issue with water leaking for almost a year and they have not addressed the issue. the only people that you can reach is the maintenance hotline which is no help at all.

    At this point I wish I could give this management company 0 Stars. I'm not being taken serious. It's been like 3months since my master bathroom sink had a leak, they immediately took out the faucet and replaced it, but we haven't had any water coming out since. I keep telling them we need it fixed & the bare minimum is being done. They need to get a plumber inside here to figure out why the water isn't coming out. I've emailed the assistant manager several ********* haven't been contacted back. Don't move-in anywhere they manage. No one wants to go through fighting to get repairs done.

    If I could leave 0 stars I would so they get a 1. We pay **** for rent without utilities and sewage. They don't answer when you email them, they don't even have a real phone number to contact the property manager. We have black mold in our tub in the bathroom and underneath the apartment in the crawlspace. Our sewage system is backed up and we cant flush the toilet. We have to deal with the hazard of sewage gas and black mold. We notified them a month and a half ago about the black mold and about a week for the sewage and still no answer. I did some investigations and Aparently they scammed numerous contractors in my area of thousands of dollars. Please take there license so that noone has to ever deal with what we went through.
