    Unprofessional staff and transportation services unreliable
    Had 3 scheduled pickup and return requests for 7/7, 7/8 and 7/10. No text confirmation received providing me with driver information. The first 2 appointments drivers just showed up and I was unable to call for return rides. The return driver on 7/7 just showed and took an hour to return home. There was no return provided on 7/8 and 7/10 appointment instead of the providing me with the driver they told me was coming they sent a uncomfortable van that did not give me safe access to get on board causing me to cancel the ride and my therapy at a cancellation fee of ***. The owner states the company does not provide confirmation or details of the driver via text. This is unacceptable. The client should be provided with any and all details regarding both pickup and return information. I've always had Uber drivers in the past that provide me everything a client should expect regarding their transportation, however this company is definitely not the most reliable or professional and since my insurance is paying them for this service they need to provide the best service possible. I will not use them in the future and definitely have reported them to my insurance company and to Medicare Ride. If the next appointments are with A&B transportation they will be cancelled. They obviously are about the money and not providing adequate service, otherwise shut it down
